Saturday, June 28: 9:00 a.m.- 8:30 p.m.
- 9:00am-Noon – CPR/AED (prerequisite to wilderness first aid) (12 people only for this portion)
- 1:00pm to 8:30pm Wilderness First Aid (part 1)
Sunday, June 29: 1:30p.m.-8:30 p.m
- Wilderness First Aid (part 2)
CPR/AED training costs $40/person.
WRFA costs $70/person, plus $18 if the participant decides to keep the course book.

Sign up today for Wilderness First Aid training and be prepared. This 16-hour training is designed to prepare anyone who rides bicycles in the wilderness to confidently and effectively respond to injuries and illness that can occur while riding.
The instructor will teach you how to respond to an emergency if you are in an area where help may be delayed in reaching you. The course includes training on what to do in case of: head, neck, and spinal injuries, heat related/hypothermia, allergis and anaphylaxis, burns, bone and joint injuries, and wounds and wound infection.
Participants need to be 14 years of age or older and be current in CPR/AED certification.
Why is this course needed?
All Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches need to be certified in Wilderness First Aid before the season begins. Get a jump on this and get certified.
